The State & District Level Income Model (Wise Target System) is an organized and phased work system, whose aim is, along with making women aware of menstrual hygiene, personal health and cleanliness, to connect them with social work, field activities, training and livelihood opportunities.राज्य एवं जिला स्तर आय मॉडल (Wise Target System) एक संगठित एवं चरणबद्ध कार्य प्रणाली है, जिसका उद्देश्य महिलाओं को मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता, व्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ्य एवं स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूक करने के साथ-साथ उन्हें सामाजिक कार्य, फील्ड गतिविधियों, प्रशिक्षण एवं आजीविका के अवसरों से जोड़ना है।

In this model, a clear responsibility for work can be set from the state level down to the district, block/tehsil and gram panchayat levels. At each level, the concerned officers and volunteers will carry out the work of awareness, contact, registration, demonstrations, follow-up and reporting in their area.इस मॉडल में राज्य स्तर से लेकर जिला, ब्लॉक/तहसील तथा ग्राम पंचायत स्तर तक कार्य की स्पष्ट जिम्मेदारी निर्धारित की जा सकती है। प्रत्येक स्तर पर संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं वॉलेंटियर अपने क्षेत्र में जागरूकता, संपर्क, पंजीयन, डेमो, फॉलो-अप तथा रिपोर्टिंग का कार्य करेंगे।

In this model, a person's income will depend on the eligible and verified work done by them, the organization's prescribed commission policy and the applicable conditions.इस मॉडल में किसी व्यक्ति की आय उसके द्वारा किए गए पात्र एवं सत्यापित कार्य, संस्था की निर्धारित कमीशन नीति तथा लागू शर्तों पर निर्भर करेगी।

5. Block / Tehsil Level Coordinators5. ब्लॉक / तहसील स्तर के कोऑर्डिनेटर

A coordinator at the block or tehsil level can play an important role in organizing the project's activities in the local area.ब्लॉक या तहसील स्तर का कोऑर्डिनेटर स्थानीय क्षेत्र में परियोजना की गतिविधियों को व्यवस्थित करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकता है।

In her prescribed area, the volunteer will contact women and families and convey the project's information.वॉलेंटियर अपने निर्धारित क्षेत्र में महिलाओं एवं परिवारों से संपर्क करके परियोजना की जानकारी देगा।

2. Menstrual hygiene awareness2. मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता जागरूकता

Women and adolescent girls will be given certified and appropriate information related to hygiene during menstruation, the use of safe products and personal health.महिलाओं एवं किशोरियों को मासिक धर्म के दौरान स्वच्छता, सुरक्षित उत्पादों के उपयोग तथा व्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ्य से संबंधित प्रमाणित एवं उपयुक्त जानकारी दी जाएगी।
